Zone 23, Doha. Est 2019.

Reliant HR Consultancy & Facility Management is filed from Zone 23 in Doha. The compound opened in 2019 and still runs from the same gates. The paper you are reading is the newsroom version of that compound: four lines of work, each with its own floor, each with its own editor, and each with a paper that stays on the shelf.

The lines are manpower outsourcing, recruitment, facility management, and hospitality service. The paper does not use them as four interchangeable words. On the floors they are separate briefs, separate rounds, and separate shift closes. Overseas and local recruitment are not the same drawer. Facility and hospitality are not the same walk.

Zone 23 keeps its address short. The address does not change on this page, and the paper does not print a street number the compound has not published. The desk you file to is one mailbox: [email protected].
