A partner is an office
Why overseas recruitment names the office before the person, and what the slip will not do.

India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, the Philippines, and offices across Africa carry Reliant files. Each is a desk with a chair, and the chair has a name on it.
A CV sent to the overseas drawer without the office named on the slip is a name without a conversation. The paper will not run it.
The slip is not a visa and does not sell entry to Qatar. The paper refuses that question in print.
