The compound is the paper
Why the four lines sit in one building, filed as one paper, and never as four cards on a shelf.
Filed by the masthead desk
A desk in Zone 23 is a building, not a tab bar. Manpower outsourcing, recruitment, facility management, and hospitality service share a stairwell. Each line has its own floor, its own editor, its own paper.
This letter is the first one filed every edition. If a reader walks away with only this page open, they have the shape of the compound.
The paper does not try to be a hiring portal. It is the record of what the floors agreed on this morning.
