Short and long are not the same note
A short crew has a close by the end of the week. A long crew carries a rotation and a replacement line.
The note writes which it is on line one, then the rest follows.
What signs the note
The supervisor on the site signs the crew note on arrival of the first shift.
No signature, no crew.
