What a room-ready note is
A room-ready note is the paper for receiving. It is not a hiring brief and it is not a facility round.
The note is written before the door opens, not after it closes.
What closes the note
The note closes when the person who set the room writes who cleared it.
An unclosed note is open on the shift report.
