Two collars, written as two briefs
Local hiring in Qatar is blue collar and white collar. They are not the same brief under a shared sentence.
Fatima runs local hiring on the fourth floor of the paper. Blue collar and white collar sit on separate briefs, in separate drawers, under separate shift notes. A brief that puts them in one paragraph is sent back the same morning it is filed.
The brief has to say the work, the site in Qatar, and the shift. Without those lines, the paper is a wish. Reliant does not post live vacancies for a reader to apply from this page.
Blue collar
Zone 23 writes blue collar for construction, housekeeping, drivers, kitchen, security, and plant work.
The brief names the site, the shift, and the certificate the person already holds.
White collar
White collar is accounts, procurement, admin, HSE, and project coordination.
The brief names the office in Doha, the hours, and the file the role will close.
What the brief does not do
The brief does not stand in for an application. The reader does not fill it in from the paper.
A brief without a site goes back to the shift supervisor who filed it.
